SmartSale CRM (hereinafter: "the Company" or "SmartSale") respects the privacy of users of its smart sales platform, operating at www.smartsalecrm.com as well as through the Company's mobile application (together: "the Site" or "the Platform").
These terms explain how we collect, use, store, and share personal information (as defined below) when using the Platform. "Personal Information" means any information that can reasonably be used to identify you, such as name, active email address, phone number, etc.
This policy is an integral part of the Platform's Terms of Use. For convenience, it is written in masculine form, but is intended for all genders equally.

Basic use of the site and application allows general browsing without registration. However, for full use of SmartSale — such as creating an account, connecting sales teams, viewing transaction data, generating AI reports, receiving personal notifications, etc. — registration and provision of personal information is required, including:
Required fields are explicitly marked. Failure to provide the requested data may prevent registration or limit service quality. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Upon joining, we also store a unique account identifier, login timestamps, and interface preferences, all in Supabase databases.
When you use the Platform (web or mobile), we may collect additional information about your activity, such as:
Additionally, we use analytics tools from Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar to generate anonymous statistics, map user experience, and improve the Platform. This information is collected and processed according to the privacy policies of those third parties.
The Platform includes sharing buttons and links to content on social networks (for example LinkedIn, Facebook). Some of SmartSale's community workshops may be conducted in external WhatsApp or Slack groups.
All your activity on these services is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties, over which the Company has no control. Content you upload to the Platform (such as notes on leads or presentation files) is not confidential; other users you authorize to share with (team members, managers) will be able to view them.

SmartSale's databases are stored in the Supabase cloud in EU-West, backed by Google Cloud servers. Some text processing tasks (AI Insights, lead summaries) are sent to OpenAI which may process them in the EEA or USA.

You can block or delete Cookies through browser settings; some features may not work. To opt out specifically from Google or Meta services, you can use the dedicated opt-out links of those providers.
The Company implements TLS encryption on all traffic, encryption of data "at rest" (AES-256) in Supabase, role-based access controls (RBAC), and continuous monitoring. However, no system is completely secure; by using the Platform you are aware of and agree to the risk.
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, each user is entitled to view the information stored about them and request correction or deletion by email at itai@smartsalecrm.com.
The Company will respond within 30 days. Information required for legal compliance may remain archived even if you request deletion.
Material changes will be published on the homepage 30 days before taking effect; non-material changes – 7 days in advance, unless law or authorized authority dictates otherwise.
