Introduction

Welcome to SmartSaleCRM.com (hereinafter: "the Site") operated by CleverMind LTD, TIN 631934317736, located at P.O. Box 17916, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai UAE(hereinafter: "Site Management" and/or "the Company"). Any use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms may change from time to time and the user must update themselves upon each visit to the Site. Browsing and/or using the Site in any way constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions and commitment to act accordingly.

• The masculine form is used for convenience only and refers to all genders equally.
• Services on the Site are subject to the terms detailed in these terms of service.
• Ordering services itself constitutes a declaration that the user has read, understood, and agreed to the terms.

Services

• The Site enables Smart Customer Management (CRM) services — including lead management, AI-based sales automation, task tracking, advanced reporting, and sales analysis.
• Services can be ordered by contacting Site Management according to availability and location.
• Payment for Site services is made via Credit Card / PayPal.
• Service prices are exclusive of VAT, subject to relevant tax laws for the Company.
• Site Management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
• Eligibility to use the Site is open to anyone — no age restriction. User must have an active email address and a valid payment method.

Cancellations and Service Changes

• Transaction cancellation policy is subject to Consumer Protection Regulations.
• A service can be canceled in coordination with Site Management up to 30 days before the end of the contract.
• Order cancellation is possible up to 24 hours from the order date, provided the service has not been supplied.
• Canceling a service before its delivery will not incur charges; delivered service is not eligible for a refund.
• The Site may cancel an order with two hours' notice; the user shall have no claim.

Warranty and Service

• Services will be provided according to packages offered by Site Management at the time of engagement.
• Site Management is not responsible for physical, financial, or other damages caused during service provision.
• Site content is provided AS-IS; use is solely at the user's responsibility.

Information Security and Privacy

The Company commits to maintaining user privacy and not using information beyond what is required for service operation, unless user consent is obtained or required by law.

• Data is stored using advanced security measures (TLS, DB encryption).
• Any activity to disrupt the Site, steal information, or hacking will result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Site, including code, design, and content, are the exclusive property of the Company. Content may not be copied, duplicated, or distributed without written permission.
